Simple Tutorial on Making Chunky Bead Necklace with Black Chains

Multi-faceted wood beads in good sizes and bright colors are always attracting the eyes of jewelry fans. Therefore today I would like to make the chunky wood bead necklace and adorn it with thin chains.

Necessities for chunky bead necklace:

Multi-faceted chunky wood beads
Thin black cross chains
Thick black cross chain
Jump rings
Lobster claw
Round nose plier
Flat nose plier
Wire cutter

Instructions on how to make chunky bead necklace with chain:

Step 1: attach wood bead to large chain

1st, cut 3 pieces of thin black chain that all measure about 25 links long;
2nd, cut 40cm (longer or shorter) length of thick black chain and mark the center place;
3rd, connect one end link of thin black chain to the center;
4th, slide yellow bead onto that chain, skip 3 links on thick chain and attach the other end of thin chain to the fourth link of thick chain.

Step 2: Finish the chunky bead necklace

1st, 1 link away attach a second thin chain onto thick chain and repeat above step;
2nd, place two orange bead onto left and right of the center yellow;
3rd, attach lobster claw onto thick chain’s end.
