How to make a multi-strand turquoise bead necklace:

Step 1: Make bottom turquoise strand

1st, cut a 40cm length of tiger tail, loop one end and slide a crimp bead to secure the loop;
2nd, crimp down the crimp bead with flat nose plier;
3rd, slide 2 quartz onto tiger tail; notice to hide the short tail;
4th, slide a large heart-shaped turquoise bead;
5th, repeat sliding quartz beads (spacer beads or seed beads) and heart shaped turquoise alternately;
6th, loop the other end of tiger tail and secure the loop with another crimp bead;
7th, cut off excess wire and the bottom strand is done.

Step 2: Make middle and top strands

1st, alternately slide quartz beads (spacer beads or seed beads) and rectangular turquoise (flowery or small heart-shaped turquoise) onto another 30cm tiger tail;
2nd, secure both ends with crimp beads and the middle strand is done;
3rd, similarly slide bugle beads and natural turquoise onto tiger tail and make top strand.

Step 3: Assemble strands together to finish the necklace pattern

1st, cut a 25cm length of tiger tail, slide top strand, then 5 black seed beads and then middle strand;
2nd, before sliding bottom strand add 8 black seed beads onto wire;
3rd, add 8 black seed beads onto both ends;
4th, cross both ends through a crimp bead;
5th, tighten wire and trim off excess tiger tail;
6th, similarly handle the other end of the strands;
7th, cut a 50cm length of suede cord and tie a lark head knot around the black loop.
