10-minute Tutorial on How to Tie an Upgraded Sailor Knot Leather Bracelet

Once you get a length of leather cord and tie a knot on, it can become an easy leather bracelet. In the following example, I’ll show how to tie a leather bracelet by using only one cord. To some degree, it is a bit of similar to the sailor’s knot but, to be more precise, an upgraded version.
Supplies needed for tying the leather bracelet:
4mm Leather Cord
0.8mm Brass Wire
Lobster Claw Clasp
Scissors
How to tie a leather bracelet?
Step 1: Prepare a length of leather cord, about 25~30cm long.
Step 2: Loop the right half end (working end) in a counterclockwise direction.
Step 3: Wrap the working end around the holding one (left half end) in a clockwise direction.
Step 4: Pass the working end upwards through the loop on right side.
Step 5: Tighten the cord bit by bit until the two ends are equal.
Step 6: Make two cord ends by using the 0.8mm brass wire.
Step 7: Attach the clasp.
