DIY Idea about Making Chic Braided Cuff Bracelet with Fabric and Ribbon
Summary: This tutorial will tutor you a DIY idea about how to make a chic braided cuff bracelet with printed fabrics, multi-colored ribbons and pink suede cords.
I am inspired by an item displayed at an online jewelry store that I entered by chance several days ago. Today, i would like to implement the diy braided cuff bracelet. In this following part, I will show the details about this project.
Necessities for this fabric braided bracelet DIY:
2mm pink suede cord
4mm bronze spacer beads
Yellow satin ribbon
Blue satin ribbon
Bronze ribbon ends
Bronze lobster claw
Round nose plier
Flat nose plier
Instructions on how to make a braided cuff bracelet:
Step 1: Braid 6-strand pattern
1st, cut 3 strands of fabric strip and 2 strands of ribbon, and all measures about 22cm;
2nd, cut a 50cm length of suede cord;
3rd, hot glue one end;
4th, add bronze ribbon end and crimp it down with plier;
5th, bring the suede cord under, over, under, over and under the following strands;
6th, string a spacer bead onto suede cord;
7th, bring suede cord over, under, over, under and over the following 5 strands;
8th, string another spacer bead and repeat the above process.
Step 2: Attach clasp to semi-finished bracelet
1st, braid bracelet until it reaches your desired length;
2nd, hot glue the other end;
3rd, cut off excess fabric, ribbon and suede cord;

The braided cuff bracelet is done!
I have finished the “how to” project. As you can see, it is a simple way to braid a chic and personalized fabric cuff bracelet. Frankly this tutorial just involves a basic flat 6-strand bradding technique.
