Making an Embroidery Elastic Hair Tie Accessory for Girls

In stores, there are plenty of cute, fluffy and blingy hair accessories on sale for girls. Necessities for the embroidery hair accessories:

Green felt
4mm colorful opaque seed beads
Black elastic hair tie
Green sewing thread
Black sewing thread
Needle
Glue gun
Scissors

How to make the embroidery hair accessories for girls:

Step 1: Make fruit tree embroidery with beads

1st, draw a 3cm-diameter circle on green felt;
2nd, cut out two of such circle pattern;
3rd, sew basting stitches with black thread and form a tree trunk pattern;
4th, sew blue seed bead on;
5th, keep sewing branches, twigs and other colored beads;
6th, cut off excess black thread, and the fruit tree pattern is done.

Step 2: Finish the embroidery

1st, put the other circle pattern under embroidery one;
2nd, with green thread do blanket stitches to combine them together;
3rd, keep stitching until you finish 3/4 circle;
4th, stuff some quilting cotton into;
5th, continue to finish the stitches.

Step 3: Add it to hair tie

1st, cut off excess thread;
2nd, cut a small piece of rectangular green felt;
3rd, hot glue hair tie to the back side of above fruit tree accessory, and use the rectangular felt to cover the hair tie.
