Making a Cool Diagonal Striped Bracelet with Turquoise and Pearl Beads

This turquoise and pearl bracelet is adorable little project that you can easily make several of in an evening. The whole point is you have to pay attention to the bead finish, size and color match things while making such kind of bead bracelets.

Necessities for the DIY turquoise and pearl bracelet:

4mm synthetic turquoise beads
6mm white glass pearl beads
0.3mm tiger tail wire
Lobster claw
Jump rings
Round nose plier
Flat nose plier
Wire cutter

Instructions on making a turquoise and pearl bead bracelet:

Step 1: Weave diagonal stripe pattern

1st, cut a 1m length of tiger tail wire and string 1 turquoise, 1 pearl and 1 turquoise bead on;
2nd, leave 8cm tail at right end and back left end through the first two beads strung;
3rd, tighten the wire and add 2 turquoise beads onto left end;
4th, back the end through the adjoining pearl and first turquoise added;
5th, tighten wire and add 1 pearl & 1 turquoise onto the end;
6th, back the end through the adjoining turquoise and added pearl;
7th, repeat from 3rd to 6th and weave the diagonal stripe pattern.

Step 2: Finish weaving bracelet

1st, weave until the bracelet is long enough to suit for your wrist;
2nd, back right end through the beads previously woven;
3rd, similarly handle the left end;
4th, cut off excess wire at both ends.

Step 3: Add clasp to bracelet

1st, add jump rings onto both ends;
2nd, connect lobster claw to one jump ring.
