DIY Chinese Style Chandelier Earrings with Red Wire and Red Jade Beads

Necessities for the DIY chandelier earrings:

1mm red aluminum wire
12mm red colored natural jade beads
Round nose plier
Flat nose plier
Wire cutter

How to make chandelier earrings with wire and bead:

Step 1: Make coiled earring hooks

1st, cut a 15cm length of red aluminum wire;
2nd, leave 6cm short tail and loop the wire with round nose;
3rd, make an even wire wrapped loop with long tail and coil the rest tail with flat nose;
4th, wrap the short tail around the handle of bead reamer;
5th, cut off excess wire and flatten the end with flat nose plier;
6th, repeat to make another earring hook.

Step 2: Prepare U-shaped frames and bead dangles

1st, cut a 12cm length of red wire and wrap it around a marker;
2nd, leave 1cm tails at both ends and cut off excess wire;
3rd, loop both ends with round nose;
4th, make small loops 90 degrees against the large loop and adjust large loop into U shape;
5th, repeat to make another frame;
6th, cut a 10cm length of red wire and slide a red bead onto;
7th, crimp down one end and make a wire wrapped loop at the other end;
8th, repeat to make another bead dangle.

Step 3: Make wire wrapped dangles

1st, cut 3 pairs of red wires, which are 2cm, 3cm and 4cm, and cut another piece of red wire which is 5cm;
2nd, loop one end and bend down the other end with round nose;
3rd, prepare the rest wires;
4th, fix them onto U-shaped frame in the symmetrical order;

Step 4: Assemble the components together

1st, make two jump rings with red wire;
2nd, use them to combine U-shaped frame, bead dangle and ear hook together.
