Making Wire Wrapped Turquoise Earrings within 3 Simple Steps

6 Turquoises
2 Jades
2 Acrylic beads-imitations
2 Tibetan style beads
2 earring hooks
0.5mm brass wire
Round nose plier
Flat nose plier
Wire cutter

Instructions on making wire wrapped turquoise earrings:

Step 1: Start to make the bail

1st, cut 4 inches piece of wire and slide a drop shape bead onto it;
2nd, wrap the short piece of wire around the longer piece about 3 or 4 wraps;
3rd, bend the wire toward left and then pull the wire around the round nose pliers until the loop is completely round;
4th, use your fingers to wrap the wire around the base wire down to the first wrap. Then cut off the extra wire with wire cutters;


5th, so you have created a wire wrapped triangle bail now;


6th, repeated the above steps to make the rest five bails.

Step2: Make the earring dangle

Take a wire and thread the three bails’ loops, then make a wrapped loop, an earring's dangle is finished.

Step 3: Finish the wire wrapped turquoise earrings

1st, Thread the Acrylic beads-imitations, the Tibetan style beads and the jades to the brass wire in order, and make a wrapped loop in the end for adding a earring hook;


2nd, open the wrapped loop and add the earring hook on it.
