Step1: String pearl beads

1st,string the glass pearls and glass rondelles on the clear elastic cord, and make sure the length of elastic cord fits around the lower part of glass base;
2nd, measure the cord with beads around the bottom part of the vase and knot the elastic cord firmly.

Step2: Finishing beaded elastic cord

1st, cut off the elastic cord with scissors;
2nd, beaded elastic cord is finished and it looks just like a bracelet;

Step3: Tying a bow with ribbon

1st, cut off a piece of organza ribbon that fits middle of the glass vase;
