Orange sewing thread
3mm orange seed beads
6mm light orange abacus glass beads
Rhinestone chains
Brooch finding
Glue gun

Instructions on autumn leaf felt brooch pattern:

Step 1: Make the outer leaf

1st, draw outer leaf pattern onto orange red felt;
2nd, cut double such pattern out;
3rd, do blanket stitch several times to combine two patterns;
4th, slide an orange seed bead onto sewing thread and do 4 blanket stitches next;
5th, each adjoining two beads has 4 stitches interval;
6th, stitch up the whole pattern.

Step 2: Make the inner leaf

1st, draw inner leaf pattern onto light orange felt;
2nd, cut the pattern out;
3rd, do leaf-shaped embroidery with simple stitches;
4th, cut off excess sewing thread.

Step 3: Finish the autumn leaf brooch

1st, glue the inner leaf pattern onto outer leaf pattern;
2nd, glue rhinestone chain onto outer leaf along the inner leaf’s edge;
3rd, glue 5 abacus beads onto outer leaf;
4th, attach brooch setting onto the back side of autumn leaf.
