Step by Step Instructions on Making a Colorful Heart Headband for Little Girls

This tutorial on how to make a colorful heart headband is truly simple, even your daughter is able to make it together with you. You only need to cut some heart shapes and glue them on the headband with beads. Speaking of beads, there is one thing that I want to draw your attention to, use the skull beads if your daughter feels OK with them, or change them! My intention of using skull beads is for personality, and the beads I chose are not that scary. However, ask your daughter about it!

Materials and tools for making a colorful heart headband for little girls:

10mm Synthetic Turquoise Beads, Skull, Mixed Color
Felt, Mixed Color
Plastic Headband
Scissors
Hot Glue Gun

How to make a colorful heart headband for little girls?

Step 1: cut out heart shapes

1st, cut out quite a few heart shapes from felt in different colors, here I cut sixteen pieces;
2nd, cut a wide strip from beige felt with the same length as the headband and glue it to cover the surface of headband.

Step 2: glue heart shapes and beads

1st, glue two rows of heart shapes on the headband optionally. Make sure each heart shape covers the bottom of the previous one;
2nd, glue a turquoise bead on each heart shape in place.
