38mm Satin Ribbon, Purple
10mm Satin Ribbon, Grosgrain, Boat
10mm Colorful Acrylic Beads, Round, White
6mm Colorful Acrylic Beads, Round, Yellow
Sewing Thread, Purple
Plastic Headband
Needle
Scissors
Hot Glue Gun
How to make a ribbon flower headband for girls?
Step 1: wrap headband and make a petal
1st, cut out a long enough grosgrain ribbon and wrap it around the headband at an angle. Glue the ribbon while wrapping;
2nd, wrap a few circles with the ribbon when getting to the ends of the headband and secure with glue;
3rd, cut out five strips of purple satin ribbons measuring 5cm;
4th, take a strip and fold it in half, then running stitch the bottom edge as a petal.
Step 2: make ribbon flowers and add beads
1st, do the same to make another four petals and thread all petals in a row. Pull the thread tightly to gather them, then sew both ends to make a ribbon flower;
2nd, make another two ribbon flowers in the same way. The sizes of these two flowers can be the same as or different from the first one;
3rd, glue a white bead in the center of each flower, then glue a circle of yellow beads around the white one;
4th, glue three ribbon flowers on the headband in place.
