How to make a felt heart cuff bracelet?

Step 1: make a base of bracelet

1st, cut out two rounded rectangles from felt measuring your wrist;
2nd, glue three pieces of aluminum wires on one rectangular felt separately in place;
3rd, glue two rectangular felts to cover the aluminum wires;
4th, running stitch the long sides of two rectangular felts with filigree wire for securing and embellishing.

Step 2: glue heart shapes

Arrange five heart shapes with red rhinestone beads and glue them on the felt neatly.
