10mm Jade Beads Strand, Pink
25mm Satin Ribbon, Purple

How to make beaded cell phone charms?

Step 1: make a ribbon flower

1st, cut three strips of 25mm purple ribbons and two strips of white ribbons measuring 8cm. Cut four strips of 6mm satin ribbons which two measuring 4cm and the other two measuring 6cm. Seal the ends of all strips with lighter;
2nd, fold an 8cm strip in half and running stitch both ends as a petal;
3rd, use the same method to thread all petals as shown;
4th, pull the thread tightly and sew the first petal with the last petal into a flower.

Step 2: embellish the ribbon flower

1st, loop four 6cm strips with overlapping both ends, glue both ends;
2nd, lay the shorter strips on the longer strips with the ends overlapped and secure with hot glue;
3rd, glue two double strips on the center of the ribbon flower face to face;
4th, glue an applique in the middle of these two strips.

Step 3: add beads and flowing tails

1st, cut a lace trim measuring 24cm and fold it in half with two tails separated at an angle. Do the same to fold two strips of 6cm ribbons and glue them with the lace trim;
2nd, glue the lace trim at back side of the ribbon flower;
3rd, thread a string of jade beads using tiger tail and attach three jump rings by wrapping the ends of tiger tail around a jump ring;
4th, sew the top jump ring at back side of the ribbon flower above the lace trim.
