How to Make Suede Cord Fringe Necklace - Simple Fringe Necklace DIY Project

Materials and tools for suede cord necklace:

3mm suede cord

Ribbon ends

Jump rings

Lobster clasp

Round nose plier

Flat nose plier

Scissors

Instructions for suede cord necklace:

Step 1: Prepare fringes and make triple braiding

1st, cut 14 pieces of suede cord that are in different lengths;

2nd, cut another three pieces of suede cord which all measure about 50cm;

3rd, crimp a ribbon end to one end of the 3 cords;

4th, braid the 3 cords about 16cm long.

Step 2: insert fringes to finish the braiding

1st, while continue braid, insert fringes ranging from short to long and long to short;

2nd, braid another 16cm length, grab the end point and cut off excess cords;

3rd, add another ribbon end to the end point.

Step 3: attach clasp to finish fringe necklace

Attach jump rings to both ends and add lobster clasp to one end.
