Step 1: Prepare thread strands for 3 pairs

1st, snip 3 strands of threads about 1m long; fold them in half; you can get 6 strands; leave 2cm loop as top and make a lark's head knot below;
2nd, align the strands into 3 pairs; slide a bead onto middle pair; 
3rd, push it to top; then start braiding and beading.
