Blue felt sheet

Small dotted blue fabric

1.5mm blue aluminum wire

4mm green seed beads

Diversified sequins and buttons

Tibetan style bronze connector

Blue sewing thread

Needle 

Scissors

Glue gun

Instructions on how to make charm cuff bracelet for women:

Step 1: Make fabric cuff

1st, pick a 50cm length of blue aluminum wire, wrap both ends and shape the wire into a long oval that measures about 18cm;

2nd, glue the overlapped wire end into one edge of the blue felt;

3rd, cover the whole wire frame with rest felt and seal ends with glue gun, then trim off the excess felt;

4th, sew blue thread all the way along the frame edge to make the cuff sturdy;

5th, wrap the cuff with fabric and seal edges with glue gun;

6th, trim off excess fabric.

Step 2: adorn beads and charms onto cuff

1st, sew several green seed beads onto cuff;

2nd, glue star in between and add bronze connector and other sequins;

3rd, repeat the similar pattern twice;

4th, glue a button onto left side and bend the cuff into round shape.
