How to make the fabric bracelet?

Step 1: Make the ruffled fabric base

1st, cut a tawny fabric strip, about 5mm wider than the selected lace trim on both side;
2nd, make the fabric strip into a frill and then sew with the needle and thread. Or in an easier way, sew the long and short stitches alternately as picture shows, and then when pull the thread slightly you may get a ruffled fabric as well (do not cut the sewing thread).
